Ben McCurdy. 16 years old. Lead guitarist and songwriter. Music is my life, and I know it will always be that way. I play music I love, if other people like it then that's cool, if they don't then each to their own, live and let live, c'est la vie, etcetera etcetera.

My audition track, 'Amie Part II', is one me and my good friend Lewis wrote for our band Lyrical Way. I'm playing lead guitar (i.e. the solo in the middle) and singing the top and middle vocal parts.

    Amazing track!

    Pink Floyd/Beatles..really amazing. I thought this was a backing track from a signed band when I heard it. Well done..seriously amazing stuff!!


    Anyway! Umm I probably see you at a buildaband thing if they make the london band get together.

    I think this is a really super song.
    Great to listen to and so easy for the old ears. Love the guitar bit.
    Brilliantly put together and a hit for the competition i think.
    Well done to all concerned.
    It is like having all the bands i loved in one.
